How it Works:

We agree on a price and terms. Then we enter into a lease option contract with you, the property owner. After that, we find a candidate from our list of tenant-buyers and advertising & marketing. Then our company goes into a contract with them.

Usually, they have a ding or two on their credit, maybe from a divorce or an illness in the family. But sometimes it’s not a ding on their credit, they may have recently started a business and need a year or two to get that business established. However, they could just want to see if the house & area is a good fit for them before they buy, and they don’t want to throw money away on just plain renting. But whatever the case, they’re good people with good incomes, they just need a little time.

So we connect them with our specialist who works with them to help them qualify to purchase. Also, our company assumes responsibility for all the day-to-day maintenance and repairs, so you stay hands-off.

Finally, we’re not Realtors or Brokers, we’re investors who want to lease option your property and then sublease option it to our tenant-buyers. So you don’t have to pay us any commissions or fees. We make our money from the difference between what we agree to & contract with you, and what we agree to & contract with our tenant-buyers. It’s a win-win for all, you get full market value and relief from a large monthly payment, our tenant-buyers get an opportunity to live in & purchase a nice home, and in doing so, we make some money.
